Web Decisioning and Lockbox Remote Capture are two of the services that complement U.S. Bank Wholesale Lockbox. With Web Decisioning, payments that do not meet the processing standards for your lockbox are suspended and made available for your review. Designated users at your company decide how the payments should be handled, by completing the missing information or by rejecting the transaction. Lockbox Remote Capture allows your local office to scan payments received there and transmit them to your Lockbox site for inclusion in your Lockbox deposit.
